Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the TEK Panel service (the "Service") operated by walidbadache.pro ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Scope of Service

Our Service consists of the installation, configuration, and management of the **TEK Panel software** on a Virtual Private Server (VPS) provided by you, the client.

Important Clarification: We do **not** sell or provide ARK: Survival Evolved game servers, nor do we sell or provide VPS hosting. Our service is strictly limited to the TEK Panel software which is a tool to manage your own game server. You are responsible for acquiring and maintaining your own VPS and your own licensed copy of the ARK: Survival Evolved game server files.

2. Client Responsibilities

• You must provide us with accurate and legitimate access credentials (IP address, username, password/SSH key) to a clean, newly-provisioned VPS for the duration of the installation.
• You are responsible for the costs and maintenance of your VPS hosting.
• You are responsible for ensuring your server usage complies with the terms of service of your VPS provider and the End User License Agreement (EULA) of ARK: Survival Evolved.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a straightforward and transparent refund policy.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

From the moment your TEK Panel service is delivered and activated, you have a period of **seven (7) days** to test and use the panel. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our service, you are entitled to a full, no-questions-asked refund.

• To request a refund, simply contact our support team at support@walidbadache.pro within the 7-day period.
• You do not need to open a dispute with a payment processor. We will process the refund directly upon receiving your request.

After 7 Days

After the 7-day period has expired, you are no longer eligible for a refund of any kind. By continuing to use the service beyond 7 days, you acknowledge that you are satisfied with the product. **No refunds will be issued, under any circumstances, after the initial 7-day period has passed.** We believe this is a more than adequate amount of time to evaluate the service.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall walidbadache.pro, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

5. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
